Effective July 1, 2018, the CPUC authority of Household Goods, Private Carriers, Vessels for Hire, and Commercial Air Operators will be transferred to the Department of Consumer Affairs (DCA)
Bureau of Electronic and Appliance Repair, Home Furnishings, and Thermal Insulation (BEARHFTI).
